  The only good thing is that we got our food on time. That's it. The first time I went my sister's calamari was overcooked, and my food was burnt to a crisp. When we went to complain, my waitress or any other server was no where to be found! So we ate it because we were hungry. We complained to them afterwards, and we did not receive a "I'm sorry" at least or a discount. The second time I went, I went in with an open mind. Took us a long time to get water again, and my chicken wings were so tough, that I felt like I was eating a leather shoe. I wanted to get something else, but again! Our server was no where to be found, and didn't even come and ask how the food was. After, my friend wanted more chicken wings, but our server came by and just dropped off the bill without asking if we wanted anything else. Terrible service! I am probably the only one who HATES THIS PLACE WITH A PASSION! It has terrible customer service, and food that's not even worth it. Go to Boston Pizza instead!

  Amazing food, with great presentation. Service is a delightful experience. Great place to go for family meals.
